Essential Membership Plan

The Essential Plan provides standard, hands-off yard upkeep: weekly or bi-weekly mowing, driveway edging, string trimming around obstacles, and blowing clippings from hardscapes. Pricing is based on total turf area. Properties with significant slopes, heavy obstacles, or locked gates under 60 inches may require an on-site adjustment. By purchasing, the customer agrees to a 10-month membership commitment paid as one upfront amount, with service details confirmed before work begins.
